Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Broker Support: Provide timely and accurate support to our broking teams, preparing renewal statistics and documentation for market placement.
  • Technical Expertise: Offer trusted technical support, creating and preparing global market and client documentation, including slip production, wording, and clauses knowledge.
  • Client Evidence: Assist with drafting client evidence of coverage, including Debit/Credit Notes and related documentation.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure internal paper and electronic systems, databases, and workflows are maintained and updated to meet Contract Certainty and regulatory guidelines.
  • Slip and LPAN Submissions: Submit slips and LPANs to Bureau (XIS) for signing and utilize London Market-based portals to facilitate your role.
  • Client Liaison: Assist with client liaison, ensuring all global queries, data requests, and resolution of queries are dealt with promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Develop business relationships with global markets, clients, and colleagues to provide optimal service to clients.
  • Client Service Delivery: Ensure client service delivery is continuously reviewed to achieve optimal client satisfaction.
  • Technical Requirements: Possess sound technical experience, with a focus on Renewables, Construction, and Property account management and processing, particularly in Latin American business.
  • Microsoft Excel: Have intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge, which is essential for this role.
  • Language Skills: Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
