We are seeking a Night Hotel Host to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. This role is 4 days on, 4 days off, equating to 40 hours a week in 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paint a fantastic first impression by providing a welcoming environment for everyone.
  • Focus on guest recognition and develop your guest relations skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain standards and have great attention to detail.

What We Expect

  • Be genuine and non-scripted.
  • Have a good level of English, with other languages an advantage.
  • Have hotel opera experience or a similar background.
  • Be flexible, respond quickly, and positively to changing requirements.
  • Communicate effectively and be creative.
  • Take personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues.

  • Show passion towards product knowledge and continuously develop this knowledge.
