About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2/3 qualification in teaching assistance or equivalent, along with a passion for working with children. Experience working with SEN students is desirable, but not essential. What's more important is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop effective learning plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
