Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure Group Standards Compliance: Guarantee that the SPS community presents stock to the group standards, adhering to the set guidelines.
  2. Brand Partner Standards: Ensure that brand partner standards are strictly adhered to, maintaining a consistent and high-quality brand image.
  3. Online Advert Preparation: Prepare online adverts for the GSM/SM to price and publish the vehicle, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  4. Online Presence Management: Maintain a consistent and high-quality online presence on Harwoods website, manufacturer partner brand websites, 3rd party websites, Pinnacle, and Salesforce.
  5. Data Management: Ensure that internal systems are kept up-to-date with current and correct data, preventing any discrepancies or inaccuracies.
  6. Cosmetic Vehicle Preparation: Ensure that cosmetic vehicle preparation standards are strictly adhered to, maintaining a high-quality appearance for all vehicles.
  7. SPS Training and Onboarding: Provide training and onboarding for the SPS community, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  8. Digital Transformation Assistance: Assist the Director of Used Cars with digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation and improvement within the department.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is essential for this role.
  • IT Proficiency: Strong IT proficiency is required, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
