Corporate Tax Advisory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Advisory Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment. As a key member of our tax advisory team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients across a range of corporate tax advisory matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tax advisory services to clients on M&A, mergers, demergers, restructuring, due diligence, succession planning, EMI schemes, and share schemes.
- Work closely with clients to understand their tax needs and develop tailored tax advisory solutions.
- Collaborate with our team of tax experts to deliver high-quality tax advisory services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing tax advisory needs are met.
- ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualification.
- Experience working in corporate tax compliance or advisory.
- Big 4 or Top 10 experience is welcomed.
- M&A experience is desirable but not essential.
- Desire to work on corporate tax advisory projects.
