Senior Administrator, Client Services

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Administrator, Client Services to join our Governance Services team in our Jersey office.

In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality administration of a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, which will involve all aspects of the client acceptance and on-boarding process, ongoing administration, including company secretarial and trustee responsibilities of client entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client onboarding and administration
  • Company secretarial and trustee responsibilities
  • Portfolio management and maintenance
  • Communication and relationship building with clients

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background and relevant professional qualification
  • Initiative, proactivity, accuracy, and organization
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and specialist software such as Worksite and Viewpoint
