We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team at TEC Partners Limited. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Engineering: Work with stakeholders to identify technical requirements and design data products that meet business needs.
• Data Cleansing: Gather, analyze, and run data for cleansing from a wide range of technology stacks to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Data Analysis: Interrogate and manipulate data to solve complex business problems and provide insights that inform business decisions.
• Team Collaboration: Upskill and coach other team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
• Process Improvement: Embed data foundations, data engineering processes, and best practices to improve data management and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data engineering, data analysis, and data science.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and other data engineering languages.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to identify business needs and design data solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
