Job Title: Regional Manager Ontario

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Blue Shock Executive Search. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving guest satisfaction, and increasing profitability across our restaurant operations in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve guest satisfaction
  • Lead and direct the operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring excellent service, quality products, and strong morale
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with franchisees, hostesses, servers, kitchen staff, and management teams
  • Conduct regular site reviews and audits to ensure excellence in all areas
  • Handle guest-related complaints and coordinate follow-up actions
  • Oversee the development of management and crew to ensure training and guidance
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring practices meet or exceed yearly financial targets
  • Evaluate training procedures to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Manage labor and expenses to ensure effective cost-containment practices
  • Champion recognition and motivation efforts to meet our goal of being the employer of choice in the restaurant industry

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful multi-unit restaurant operations experience
  • Minimum 4 years as a successful restaurant General manager with proven financial management
  • Proven strength and success with analytical costing work, including cost controls and spreadsheet analysis
  • Excellent knowledge and high-level skills with computer desktop systems, including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout your region and Canada
