Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a skilled Carpenter to deliver high-quality carpentry work in social housing properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, preferably within the social housing sector, and possess relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Carry out all aspects of carpentry work, including door hanging, skirting, architraves, kitchen units, and other tasks.
• Attend and resolve various repair requests in occupied properties, ensuring efficient service and minimal disruption for tenants.
• Work within reactive repairs, responding swiftly to maintenance needs and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Prepare and refurbish void properties, making them ready for new tenants.

**Requirements:**
• Experience in carpentry, preferably within the social housing sector.
• Must have your own tools.
• Relevant carpentry qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
• Full clean UK driving license.
