As a highly ambitious and experienced Residential Property Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our residential property practice. You will be responsible for managing and growing your own caseload, as well as mentoring and managing a team of junior solicitors and associates.

**Job Overview:**

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, remortgages, and development work.
  • Provide high-level strategic advice to private clients, high-net-worth individuals, investors, and property developers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business development and growth within the residential property sector.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, supervise, and mentor a team of solicitors and paralegals, ensuring efficient service delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Contribute to the firm's strategy for growth in the residential property market, identifying new opportunities for expansion and offering innovative solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments within the firm to ensure an integrated approach to client service.
  • Play a key role in business development activities, including networking, attending industry events, and participating in marketing initiatives to raise the profile of the practice.

**Estimated Salary:** £120,000 - £180,000 per annum.
