We are seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to join our Development Team, who will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in inspecting workmanship, quality, and safety on construction sites, as well as a strong understanding of Building Regulations, NHBC requirements, planning procedures, and other building-related legislation and standards. You will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders, including residents, internal departments, regulators, and warranty providers.
We are offering a competitive salary of £42,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous pension scheme, you will also receive flexible working opportunities, including flexi-time and hybrid working.
