Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at Via Harrow. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with substance misuse towards their recovery journey.

The Role:

As a Recovery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients accessing treatment across the Borough. Your main focus will be on individuals with opioid use and poly substance users with complex needs, including prescription management. Your duties will include:

  • Working as part of a dynamic team to deliver an effective and safe service.
  • Managing a caseload of clients, including opiate substitute prescribing, relapse management, and providing interventions at varying stages of their recovery.
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of group sessions.
  • Liaising with external agencies to promote safe treatment and wellbeing.

Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of substance misuse and recovery principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting individuals in achieving their recovery goals.
