Calibration & Workshop Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Calibration & Workshop Technician to join our team as a key member of the Workshop & Calibration Team.

This role involves performing all aspects of calibration & workshop activities, including daily work within the Workshop & Calibration lab: repair and calibration of E+H and 3rd Party instrumentation in a logical and systematic manner ensuring that the instrument is returned to the customer in working order, fully tested and in a clean condition.

  • To ensure a timely response to customer requirements.
  • Control of workshop spare parts.
  • Adhere to the department's standard operating procedures.
  • Act in a customer-oriented and professional manner at all times.
  • Work closely with colleagues on company Health & Safety issues.
  • Assist the Calibration Manager & Workshop Team leader in continuous improvements & implementation planning around the Workshop & Lab processes.
Requirements
  • Ideally educated to HNC.
  • Preferably worked in a similar environment.
  • Calibration Experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong ability to embrace teamwork.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience working with ISO standards.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Highly motivated.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
