Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Efficiency Specialist to join our team at SuperValu. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving business results and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and driving business results. They will be responsible for setting and monitoring sales targets, implementing planograms, and merchandising the store to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator who can work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Target Management: Set and monitor sales targets with the team on gross profit margin, net margin, waste, and other KPIs as agreed with Store Manager
  • Planogram Implementation: Implement planograms correctly and ensure the correct range is in place in store
  • Merchandising and Presentation: Merchandise and present the store to the highest standard
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional customer service
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €42,000 - €52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a 5-day week and opportunities for career development.
