Job Title: Swimming Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Swimming Instructor to provide cover for our junior learn to swim lessons and school swimming programme due to existing staff changing their hours or leaving. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
• Assess student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Qualifications in swimming instruction or a related field
• Experience working with children and adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
