We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership teams.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel. You will also act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex calendars and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Providing exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, including document preparation and database management
  • Conducting research and compiling information to support decision-making and project initiatives

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in business operations, administration, and communication.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£40,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position based in our London office, with a hybrid working arrangement that allows for flexible remote work.
