Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced In-House Recruitment Expert to join our team at Devonshire. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and supporting the recruitment of top talent across various business functions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment processes, be results-driven, and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to meet hiring needs. You'll be involved in everything from sourcing candidates to managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across the business, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring objectives and attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • SOURCE CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS, INCLUDING JOB BOARDS, SOCIAL MEDIA, NETWORKING, AND INTERNAL/EXTERNAL REFERRALS.
  • Conduct screening calls, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional recruitment process.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in an in-house or RPO setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, interview techniques, and talent attraction strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to analyse recruitment data and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
