Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant with Driving Duties to join our team at Dulux Decorator Centre. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to professionals and DIY enthusiasts in-store and during deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets and meet sales goals
  • Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Conduct daily and weekly van inspections and report any concerns
  • Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Valid driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience
  • Background in sales and retail, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
