Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase KPI results
  • Manage a team of visual merchandisers to ensure consistent visual standards across all stores
  • Collaborate with the head of retail to develop and implement seasonal strategies
  • Conduct visual audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage financial risks and ensure cost/sales delivery within the region
  • Work with the team to maintain availability and ensure that stores are visually appealing
  • Identify and prioritize in-store support needs and provide guidance to store teams
  • Visually strong with experience in stock management and attention to detail
  • Influence upwards to ensure central planning remains customer-centric
  • Discuss and engage best practices with store management teams to drive long-term success
  • Make unpopular decisions when necessary to drive business results
  • Consistently improve region performance and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Experience in fashion retail or visual merchandising
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Valid full driving license and access to a vehicle
