Mortgage Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at 360 Resourcing Solutions. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explain the different types of mortgages and offer products that meet clients' needs
  • Ensure clients can afford their mortgage repayments and provide advice on mortgage protection
  • Help clients complete mortgage applications and provide guidance on the home-buying process
  • Meet sales targets and develop relationships with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and valuers
  • Stay up-to-date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
Requirements:
  • CeMAP qualified or equivalent
  • New build experience preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to travel and work with clients in the North West region
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive and driven with a focus on delivering results
