About the Role:

At Harrison Holgate, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Support Specialist to provide effective and confidential support to our Company Secretaries and General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling board and committee meetings
  2. Drafting agendas
  3. Preparation of meeting packs
  4. Attending board and committee meetings
  5. Taking and producing accurate meeting minutes
  6. Drafting resolutions
  7. Following up on actions
  8. Maintaining corporate books and records

Requirements:

  1. Company secretarial experience from the Insurance market
  2. Experience of attending board meetings and taking minutes
  3. Professional attitude and demeanour
  4. High level of written and spoken communication
