Project Manager

ARV Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Controller to join our team. As a Project Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth design, production, and installation of our modular construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in detailed handover meetings with sales teams to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Manage project costs and revenues from start to finish, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with site managers to ensure projects are completed snag-free.
- Submit relevant documentation, including RAMS, lift plans, and health and safety files.
- Attend internal and external meetings as required, representing the company with professionalism.
- Liaise with clients on building specifications and extra scope of works.
- Proven background in modular construction, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel to sites as necessary.
- Hold valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS tickets, with CPCS Appointed Person a plus.
- Demonstrate strong IT skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
