About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tunnel Maintenance Operative to join our team at Connect Plus Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the M25 Tunnels and Pump Stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive tunnel vehicles when required, either on planned maintenance closures or on reactive works.
  • Assist Tunnel Maintenance Technicians with completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Complete daily worksheets, and maintenance report sheets where applicable to your works.
  • Observe all safety procedures and instructions.
  • Provide escort to appointed sub-contractors ensuring all comply with site rules.
  • Carry out any work of a manual, semi-skilled or skilled nature of any type of trade description.
Requirements
  • Clean UK Driver's License.
  • HGV Class 1 or 2 professional driving license.
  • Valid CPC Drivers Card.
  • IPAF Trained for MEWPS & Booms (preferred).
  • Confined space trained (preferred).
  • CSCS Safety Card or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation.
