About the Role

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, controlling costs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Overseeing menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, stock levels, and labour costs.
What We Offer
