Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Counter Leader to join our team at Estee Lauder. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through effective selling, customer service, and visual merchandising strategies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and brand values
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
- Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring a consistent and appealing store environment
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment
- Ability to drive self-development and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry
- Effective communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
