At Be-IT Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to cover our Accounts Assistant role in Ayrshire. As a leading manufacturer, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and be responsible for managing both purchase and sales ledgers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Effective management of purchase and sales ledgers
- Process invoices and reconcile suppliers
- Job costing and assist with financial statement preparations
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a supportive work environment and opportunities for career growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in purchase ledger management
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Sage accounting software or similar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Organizational and teamwork skills
- Desirable: experience within a manufacturing environment and ERP systems
