At Be-IT Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to cover our Accounts Assistant role in Ayrshire. As a leading manufacturer, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and be responsible for managing both purchase and sales ledgers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective management of purchase and sales ledgers
  • Process invoices and reconcile suppliers
  • Job costing and assist with financial statement preparations

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a supportive work environment and opportunities for career growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in purchase ledger management
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Sage accounting software or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Organizational and teamwork skills
  • Desirable: experience within a manufacturing environment and ERP systems
