We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to support our Site Managers in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking motivated and skilled professionals to join our team and help shape the future of construction.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring project delivery is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor site-specific health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and health and safety policies.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor and inspect work to ensure it meets required standards, addressing any quality issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily site reports, material logs, and progress updates, ensuring all documents are up to date.

About You:

We are looking for a Construction Project Coordinator who has:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a construction site role, with a good understanding of the construction process.
  • Qualifications: A relevant construction qualification (e.g., HNC, HND, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Leadership Potential: Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices within the construction industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and the internal team.
