Job Title: AI Implementation Associate

Join Tillo Inc as an AI Implementation Associate and play a vital role in our customer's journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving forward your own portfolio of client projects, ensuring they are set up efficiently, on time, and to a high standard, maintaining customer satisfaction throughout.

About the Role

This is a full-time role, working from our Hove office on Tuesdays & Thursdays. You will manage a large number of different onboarding projects at the same time, owning the Onboarding process from start to finish, including maintenance of the Onboarding Pipeline and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met
  • Work with retailers to secure brand approvals and ensure our Partners quickly achieve value
  • Report on key or recurring issues and work with the Account Management team and suppliers to continuously improve the service we and our customers receive
About You

You're a proactive individual with strong relationships building skills, confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You have experience managing professional services or onboarding projects, a curiosity to learn about all aspects of the company and gift card industry, and project management skills.
