Aveda Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Aveda Advisor at Selfridges in Manchester. As an Aveda Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, working variable hours, including weekends and bank holidays. You will be working as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events, Aveda Services, and ensuring the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Educate customers on our products, including their benefits, features, and usage.
  • Create a unique and inspirational in-store experience, including visual merchandising and event planning.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and skills.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who is able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise. You will have experience styling with hot tools (desirable but not essential) and a passion for providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. You will also have an approachable and friendly personality, confidence in speaking to customers, and flexible availability across days/hours.

We welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise. Proof of right to live and work in the country is required.
