Job Title: Lead Educator for Supported Internship Programme

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to lead our Supported Internship programme. The successful candidate will have a degree or relevant professional qualification and experience of working with SEN students in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, develop, and deliver a holistic curriculum programme for learners with complex needs
* Work closely with Job Coaches and other staff to ensure trainees develop and progress their skills
* Possess a good understanding of employability skills and be able to deliver dynamic, student-centred sessions
* Be well-organised with good administrative and IT skills

Requirements:

* Degree or relevant professional qualification
* Experience of working with SEN students in an educational setting
* Ability to plan and develop an engaging curriculum for learners with complex needs
* Good understanding of employability skills
* Confident communicator with good working relationships with students and staff
