As a Patient Advisor, you will play a crucial role in making our patients feel comfortable and relaxed while providing a 5-star service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with patients
  • Performing diagnostic eye scans (full training provided)
  • Confidently relaying patient information to optometrists for a smooth patient journey
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Arranging affordable finance options for individual patients
  • Scheduling consultations and surgeries with optometrists and surgeons
