We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe in Ashbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the factory is always audit-ready by implementing and maintaining quality control systems.
  • Collaborate with production teams to drive best practices in food safety, quality, and legality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for production-based issues, providing technical guidance and support to other departments.
  • Verify and maintain daily compliance KPIs through internal auditing, micro sampling, and calibration.

Requirements:

  • A strong educational background in a relevant field, including maths and English at grade C or equivalent.
  • Experience in quality assurance, preferably in the meat industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
