The ideal candidate will have SMSTS certification, CSCS card, and First Aid certification. Prior experience in volume residential projects is essential, as is an excellent eye for detail and ability to write up snagging sheets and effectively manage labor. The role involves overseeing second fix through to completion, snagging plots, managing sub contractors and labor, and maintaining a high level of detail.
