Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team at DHL, a leading supply chain business. As a key member of our distribution service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
  • Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules, and vehicle regulations
  • Work on container work to ports, trunking to a network of DC's, or store delivery work
Requirements
  • Valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification, and Digital Tachograph Card
  • 6 to 12 months of actual HGV/LGV experience preferred, although new passes will be considered
  • Live locally to Castle Donington, Derby DE74 2HL, and be able to commit to a fixed term contract
