Job Overview

As a Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client. You will provide companionship, personal care, and medication support, as well as help with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet client needs
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to reduce feelings of loneliness
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, including toileting, bathing, and dressing
  • Managing medication regimes and collecting prescriptions
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks for clients
  • Helping with household chores and maintaining a safe living environment
