Job Summary

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a long-term framework in Helensburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for all commercial and contractual matters on site, managing an assistant surveyor to successfully deliver projects. On larger projects, the Quantity Surveyor may be required to carry out tasks for sections of the works, reporting to a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
  • Alternatively, a degree with some numerical or technical content is advantageous, with relevant HND subjects including building/construction, urban and land studies, civil engineering, and structural engineering.
  • Adequate experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
