About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Operative to join our team at the Mercure Winchester Wessex Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.
