About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Trainee Dental Nurse to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will work closely with our experienced dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists in various NHS and private dental procedures, ensuring patient care and experience are of the highest standard.
- Provide support and assistance to patients, maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment.
- Accurately complete patient clinical records and maintain accurate logs and checks.
- Participate in on-the-job training, online learning, and face-to-face training sessions to achieve the National Diploma in Dental Nursing (Level 3) qualification.
Requirements
- Dedicated to starting a career in dental nursing.
- Ability to commit to a 12-month+ training program.
- Comfortable working in a clinical environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
