Job DescriptionAs a Primary Teacher Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
You will assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Effective behaviour management strategies will be employed to maintain a conducive learning environment.
You will collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to enhance the educational experience of our students. Organising and participating in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities are also key aspects of this role.
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.
