Plumbing Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Instructor to join our team at Cheshire College - South & West. As a Plumbing Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the plumbing industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching programs for plumbing courses
- Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in plumbing education
- Level 3 qualification in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in domestic and commercial plumbing systems
- Knowledge of central heating systems, including traditional and combination boilers
- Gas Safe certification and experience working with gas
- Up-to-date knowledge of Corgi Regulations
- GCSE grade C (4/5) in Maths and English
- PGCE or commitment to work towards
- Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace and learning environment
- Up-to-date occupational experience
