Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse project specifications and requirements to determine accurate cost estimates
  • Source and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
  • Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities from drawings, specifications, and schedules of finishes
  • Prepare analytical estimates using subcontract quotations as a check
  • Calculate site management and preliminary costs
  • Participate in final negotiations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and highly organised
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the fit-out or interiors industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Conquest or similar estimating software is preferred.
