We are seeking a highly skilled Process Safety Manager to join our team at Principal People Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and working on a number of COMAH and high hazard sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice and support on diverse process safety matters across the company operations.
- Supervise Process Safety Risk Management and advise on an array of process safety operations.
- Manage COMAH Intervention plans and identify, assess, and lead in the management of HSE risks through the application of the Hazards and Effects Management process (HEMP).
- Assist in the development of continuous improvements and work closely with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience and exposure of COMAH sites and a Process Safety background.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000.
- Company car (electric and hybrid options) or car allowance (circa £8k per year).
- Up to 15% bonus based on company and personal performance.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays – option to purchase additional days.
- Private pension scheme.
- Support and funding for qualifications and memberships.
