About this Exciting Opportunity:

EDEX is seeking a Learning Support Professional to join our dynamic team, working closely with students, teachers, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), while contributing to the growth and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students with mild-moderate SEN, using a range of strategies and techniques to promote their learning and well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), identifying areas of strength and weakness, and setting achievable goals.
  • Assist with classroom management, behavioral support, and pastoral care, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

About You:

  • Hold a graduate degree in Psychology or a related field with a 1st Class or 2:1 honors.
  • Have experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £105 - £110 per day, Monday to Friday. Additionally, you will have access to professional development opportunities, a supportive team environment, and the satisfaction of making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
