About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Safety Engineering Manager to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our Central SHEQ Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety of our staff working on or near electricity networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all staff are deemed operationally competent in writing for their duties.
  • Maintain and develop external electrical accreditations.
  • Manage and update policies and procedures for all electrical workstreams.
  • Provide consistent support across the business to ensure competency in all electrical operations.
Requirements
  • Energy Network Association (ENA) membership.
  • Membership with the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
  • Safety qualifications such as NEBOSH.
  • Knowledge of Smart Metering and BS7671 regulations.
  • Experience managing teams with a clear focus on safety.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.
