Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care and support to residents, tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence, including assisting with daily routines and activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being to ensure timely interventions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
Requirements
- A full driving license and willingness to drive accessible vehicles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
- Guaranteed hours available, including full-time and part-time options.
- Overtime paid at £2.50 extra per hour.
- A £25 emergency payment for short notice cover.
