About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse at Meallmore, you will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
- Overseeing all aspects of the shift, including medication management and resident care
- Conducting continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs to implement a person-centred care plan
- Mentoring and supporting your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with the NMC (RGN/RMN)
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks
