Sales Manager Opportunity in Energy Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Ogre. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our innovative AI-based solutions in the energy sector.

Ogre is a leading provider of AI-based solutions for the energy sector, aiming to transform the utilities sector by providing reliable production and consumption forecasts. Our goal is to make the market as efficient as possible, reduce costs for consumers, minimize waste, and lower carbon emissions.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete territory coverage
  • Maintain customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Promote and evangelize Ogre AI products to customers and partners
  • 3+ years of previous experience as an Account Executive/Sales Manager/Business Development Manager, selling software solutions in the energy sector (Renewables, DSO/TSO, energy suppliers)
  • Fluency in English
  • Prioritization of integrity and work ethic
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and as an active member of the team
  • Ability to build trust with clients and work as an advisor
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
