About the Role

The CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk Manager to join their team in Woking. As a key member of the finance function, you will be responsible for managing credit risk and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding balances from customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong track record of high-volume debt chasing by telephone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting customers via telephone and email to chase outstanding balances.
  • Sending copy invoices and statements.
  • Allocating payments and filing remittances.
  • Monitoring and updating email inbox, responding to queries in a timely fashion.
  • Supporting the Credit Control Manager with any other BAU and administrative credit control activities required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in credit control or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
