Job Title: Head of Engineering and Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering and Operations to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the engineering, maintenance, and facility management services at our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering function at the site to safely and cost-effectively deliver engineering, maintenance, and facility services required to support site activities.
  • Define and implement the site engineering development strategy, in collaboration with key stakeholders, including the five-year capital investment plan.
  • Responsible for site-wide adherence to all statutory requirements and Company regulations and guidelines applicable to engineering activities which relate to engineering integrity.
  • Develop and implement site performance KPIs and translate these into specific annual performance goals.
  • Collaborate with the Site Senior Leadership Team to develop site strategy and implement site performance KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree qualification in either an Engineering or Science related discipline.
  • Extensive industry experience in engineering leadership within a highly regulated manufacturing facility, preferably within the Pharmaceutical sector.
