Night Care Assistant Lincolnshire

As a Night Care Assistant at Country Court, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal support and care to our residents
- Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
- Supporting residents during meal times
- Interacting with our residents on a personal level
- Maintaining and developing residents' care plans to ensure their needs are met
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who is no stranger to working night shifts. You should be able to engage well with residents and their families, possess good written and verbal communication skills, and have an understanding of people with dementia. Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our generous benefits package includes 28 days holiday (FTE), annual pay reviews, pension contributions, enhanced bank holiday rates, and more.
